Therefore, we handle the gutting and clean-out, work with your kitchen or bathroom designer on all plans and details, handle all installations and renovations, and execute the complete build. Your kitchen and bathrooms are the most-used rooms in your home, and you deserve to spend time in rooms you absolutely love.

• Initial consultation – You will meet with our operations director for an initial consultation, preferably in your home so that we can see your existing kitchen and bathroom. We will go over your needs, lifestyle, goals, and vision. We want to work within your budget, so we will ask for an honest range you’re comfortable with. If we don’t think your true vision can be executed within that budget, we’ll be honest.
• Estimate – We always provide a controlled estimate that details every single cost so that you can make an informed decision.
• Architect and designer referral – If you don’t already have an architect or kitchen or bathroom designer, we can refer you to someone in our network.
• Planning and design – We will draw up the plans and designs for your review.
• Bid – We will bid on the project.
• Execution – If our bid is accepted, we will draft a contract for your signature and create a schedule for every phase of your kitchen or bathroom remodel.
